In my last trip in Sri Lanka I had the opportunity to see an amazing and uncommon species. I had a really great meeting with a thousand specimens of Indian flying fox (Pteropus giganteus). I saw them all together attached at just few trees compared their number. The incredible number of specimen in the same place confused me immediately but, after few minutes, I observed all of them one by one.
SPECIES – Indian flying fox
SCIENTIFIC NAME – Pteropus giganteus
PLACE – Sri Lanka, Asia
